IDXSUB in MKV ripped with RipBot not showing with C

If I hit on the enter button, the screen goes black for a few seconds then goes back to the file menu. If I try to playback the same file again the system lockup, and a cold reboot is required. Find all posts by this user .... of BDSup2Sub 4.0.0 to convert sup file of bluray rip to IDX/SUB. Merged the IDX/SUB to MKV but the same problem persist. On another note; all my mkvs with IDX/SUB seems to work fine with WD TV Live.
